Newbie here with a 71 st

From Michigan here, frist celica was a new 77 lift back, after a few hikes of the ins. it was history, I enjoyed the car so much I decided to find a used one which I did a 71 st,from the original owner,the car was from cali, and I have had it ever since, I start it from time to time to move it around my pole barn. It hasnt been plated since 93. the car is solid,straight and have all the parts,except for a front left fender. I will post that IN wanted sorry. I have finally decided to redo the car I am going to leave the engine stock until I figure out all these different engine, options and cost ect, but just in the last hour going threw this forum should really help.

Welcome oldenZ1, I also owned a 77lb new from the dealer so you must be an old dog like me! You will find a wealth of info here, and a great bunch of very helpful guys.
