Hi all I know is they made the 18R-E for the japanese market mine is a 1974 it's pretty much standard apart from the wheels it's got aircon and a factory fitted eight track stereo! it does work too,I am sorting out a few niggles one being the headlining hanging down,so will have to remove the whole thing and reglue it ,I removed the wiper blades while I try to get hold of a retaining clip to stop the wiper blade flying off regards Bob

Those Corner Pins are unique to Japan as well. Pretty nice car. Do your self a favor if you are driving it still take the entire wiper arm off to protect the window. Hitting the switch accidentally sucks when the window gets scratched.

Not on the road yet as a few items need attention mainly interior, then it needs to be registered with the dreaded DVLA :banghead: to get age related plates
