Hello all, my name is Eric I am new to this site and I have acquired a 1977 liftback with a 20r engine, auto tranny. Everything is pretty much stock on the car right now but my plans for this car are to make it my fun/track car (nothing is set in stone yet). For a bit I will just be here gathering knowledge since I will be busy with my job in WA and won't be able to work on my car that is in CA.
I have a pretty good knowledge of cars and my father was an import mechanic specializing on Japanese models for 20+ years, so we've always had Toyotas and the first engine I ever worked on was a 22r. I own a 1974 BMW 2002 (first car) and a 2008 Toyota Matrix (DD). I love to mod and wrench on anything and everything. I hope to learn a lot about the first gen celica on here, apply it to my own, and contribute for others to see.
