smiley bumpers

what's up? just bought a 77 coupe gt in rough shape,common guys im gonna need some help here. first of all the US bumpers have to go, got to have smiley"s and what other mods required to go with smiley's? also gotta do lots of bondo filler and rust removal mainly around the fenders and quarters? need some suggestions
