77 liftback out of 20 year storage

Hey everyone. Just bought a 77 liftback that is almost new. Almost, mechanically sound. There are some rust issues that you can't notice from the outside, but I fear there's a monster lurking underneath the paint bubbles. It rained last night and my cab filled up with an inch of water. I was wondering why the rug was removed...
