Newbie From North Bay...

Post by BigD222222 »

Just registered and figured I'd start by following the rules...

I am the proud owner of an 80 Celica Coupe. Originally purchased the car out of necessity when the tranny blew on my Civic, to drive until I fixed it. Ended up keeping the car to drive after I had swapped my Honda. I'll have owned it for 4 years once February hits. I love it!!! I plan on keeping this car for a long time, once I get another daily driver, I'm gonna spend a lot more time (and probably more money than I should) fixing this car up.

I have a couple snaps of it's current state. Don't flame me cause it's not washed...

Oops here you go...

This is another pic after a "good sam" put a nice big dent in my door, if you look close, you can see another dent in the center of the rear fender well. Again someone backed into it.

I've had this car for almost 4 years and it wasn't until this last year that my car got any new dents. It drives me nuts. Don't get me wrong, the car is no show queen but dammit it's aggravating....

He's another pic of the dent...

Awesome right???

Nice car man... I think I'm gonna go a little bit bigger than an 18rg though. I have only ever seen a couple liftback models in my area. Namely a super cherry forest green one my neighbor has. Maybe a take a couple snaps of it tomorrow and post them up. It's stupid clean and original.
