NewBie from Malaysia Kuching Sarawak. TA41 Need Help

Hi there nice to meet u all and i hope to learn from you guys, i have a TA41 and the engine is original 12T and im not sure if i should change it. Im also looking for the parts like head lights and tail lights for my car(is there any aftermarket parts for it?) . Please advice! thank you.
