UPDATE: so I decided to take her in to have her inspected. Initial diagnose is costing me my left good pointing finger $250. Hope I don't have to sell one of my testicle to get her back. The pro is going to tell me why she rough idled and why she gets high blood often (overheat). Will keep you posted.

Water pump? I can tell that looking at the water in the radiator that it is moving, how fast? I don't know if it's fast enough. Flush? I probably have to spend some money and try to get it professionally flushed. I read on the owner's manual (have that also) that there is a coolant plug on the drive...
